Just Company is designed around real-life connection with careful boundaries. We review requests privately, share only the information needed for an approved opportunity and use clear procedures to help customers and companions feel safer.

Important: Just Company is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger or a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service first.

Approved locations

At launch, sessions take place in approved public community locations or approved facilities. Private-home visits are not offered, and customers do not provide transportation for companions. The agreed location must not be changed without Just Company approval.

Screening and approval

Companions are not automatically accepted. Applicants must be adults, provide required documents and references, complete identity and safety checks, accept the Independent Companion Services Agreement and follow Just Company’s conduct and privacy rules. Approval does not guarantee that a companion will receive an opportunity.

Private information handling

Customer and companion applications are reviewed privately.
Verification documents are stored privately and are not shared with customers.
Companions receive only the customer information necessary for the approved opportunity.
Personal phone numbers, home addresses, financial information and private routines must not be exchanged outside the approved process.
Information must not be copied, forwarded, published or retained after it is no longer needed for the booking.

Managed safety procedures

Opportunities are offered privately through approved communication channels.
Customers and companions check in when they arrive and check out when they leave.
A safety word or emergency phrase is provided for a concern that cannot be openly discussed.
Either person may leave immediately if they feel unsafe and should contact Just Company when it is safe to do so.
Threats, harassment, accidents, safeguarding concerns and boundary violations must be reported promptly.

Our limits

Just Company coordinates companionship, communication, payment and safety procedures. It does not provide nursing, medical care, personal care, emergency response, romantic or sexual services, alcohol sessions or an open marketplace. Customers and companions must provide accurate information and follow the confirmed booking and safety instructions.
